The Energy Assessment

 

STEP 1

Contact us to arrange a mutual date for the energy assessment to be conducted. Give us a call on 0800 955 0998 or 07714 291998.

 

STEP 2

We will send you a confirmation email. This will detail the date and time of the inspection plus the total cost of your order. Please let us know at this stage if you need to amend anything. Attached to this email will be a pre-inspection questionnaire. This should be printed out and completed, then handed to the assessor upon arrival at the property. (Don't worry if you can't answer all of the questions, it will just give us some initial background information about the property). Also included will be a 'Things You Should Know Before Your Assessment' leaflet. This will give you up to the minute details of how the assessment will take place, what we will be inspecting and any conditions that might prevent the inspection from taking place. It is important to notify us if any of these conditions exist prior to our arrival because you still might be charged for our visit if we can't complete the inspection!

 

STEP 3

The assessment will take place at the agreed time and date.

 

STEP 4

Once your EPC is ready, we will email it to you along with our invoice. Please let us know at any stage if you require your document in hard copy format. There is, however, a small additional charge for this service to cover printing and postage costs.

 

STEP 5

In order to keep our service as good as it can be, we might ask for your feedback following the completion of your order. We want to be better than everyone else and your comments will certainly help!
