We provide Air Conditioning Energy Inspections in line with CIBSE TM44 direct to businesses, landlords, building owners and tenants.
Where do we do it?
London, Surrey, Kent, Sussex & Hampshire. We can also call on a network of inspectors around the country and put you in direct contact with them.
How long does it take?
It depends how much air conditioning plant there is in your building and how much information you can provide about the system. We'll ask all the relevant questions when you call or email us for a quotation. But it can take several weeks to prepare a full report.
How much does it cost?
Again this depends how much air conditioning plant there is in your building and how much information you can provide about the system prior to our inspection. The more detail and floorplans that you can provide the cheaper we can make the quotation.
What's included?
The Air Conditioning Energy Report will be supplied electronically as a PDF file. This way you can print and distribute as many as you need (and it keeps our costs down & helps the environment!). We can of course provide a hard copy if you require one.
