Where do we do it?
We're based in Surrey, so most of our work is there. But we also cover South London. Contact us for more details. We can also call on a network of energy assessors around the country. So we won't turn your work away!
How long does it take?
Domestic Energy certificates can be produced within 12 hours depending on availability of the property for an inspection (and how busy we are at the time!). In general though, you should allow us 24-48 hours.

What's included?
The Energy Certificate is supplied electronically as PDF file. This way you can print and distribute as many as you need (and it keeps our costs down & helps the environment!). We can of course provide a hard copy if you require one.
