95% of our HIPs are completed and available within 7 days, some in just 5 days! It can take longer to obtain the local authority searches.
How much does it cost?
The price for a full HIP is in the region of £249.00 for a Freehold property and around £279.00 for a Leashold property. The prices for the local authority searches vary from council to council. So we've set up a HIP quotation request form here.
