As part of this I need to get a portfolio together which entails conducting four actual air conditioning inspections. These four inspections need to be of buildings with varying degrees of complexity of a/c equipment:

  1. Simple/multi-split air conditioning system
  2. Complex (multiple external units) VRF/VRV plant
  3. Air handling unit based system
  4. Chilled water-based system with terminal units

So I need help finding buildings to do! So if anyone can provide a building, ideally in London, Surrey, Kent, Sussex or Hampshire, from the list above I will conduct the inspection and then provide the official certificate for the building once I qualify – free of charge!
